2.3) By add your listing you agree:

2.3.a) You are an Australian or American based business

2.3.b) That the content you include is fair and accurate and related only to the business listing.

2.3.c) That the material does not contain content relating to spam, surveys, contests, junk email or unsolicited messages.

2.3.d) 'Things To Buy' may collect further information from the supplied website address to further enhance the quality of the listing.

2.3.e) If the destination website is not deemed suitable for entry into the directory then the listing will be omitted.

2.3.f) 'Things To Buy' will select the most appropriate, description, keywords contact details and category for the listing - if you believe the selected information is inappropriate please contact us via the contact page sighting your website address.

2.4.a) 'Things To Buy' periodically reviews listings and reserves the right to remove/suspend any entry which does not meet the required website standards. In addition we also check for link integrity - any listing found to have a broken link will be removed from the database. The owner of the link can re-add it to the 'Things To Buy' database once the relevant site is restored.

2.4.b) 'Things To Buy' does not endorse or condone any of the content supplied by business entries and is therefore not liable for any actions pertaining to the use of the supplied information. 'Things To Buy' disclaims all responsibility for the views expressed.

2.4.c) 'Things To Buy' does not give any warranty that your business listing will be included in our directory - contact us if you have submitted an entry that has not been listed.

2.5.a) Logo's submitted remain the property of there respective owner/s. By uploading your logo you consent to allow us to modify and/or make changes to fit in with the layout of our website.

2.5.b) Logo's standard dimension is 160x160 and 100x100.

2.6.a) Product and/or sample pictures submitted remain the property of there respective owner/s. By uploading your logo you consent to allow us to modify and/or make changes to fit in with the layout of our website.

2.6.b) Product and/or sample pictures dimensions is max of 800x800 and product and/orsample pictures submitted will be resized to fit.

3) Images & Trade Marks

3.1) All logos, images and trade marks displayed on this website are trade marks of their respective owners. - Racism, except for educational purposes.
- Excessive violence.
- Websites violating copyright laws.
- Websites without any meaningful content, i.e. Link Farm like sites.
- Any content that is in violation of international law.
- Any other content that the Provider deems inappropriate.

It is the sole prerogative of the 'Things To Buy' to deem a website inappropriate or not.
